I let data inform my decisions without letting it drive them. Metrics point to a direction, but the emotional landscape of real people is far messier than any number — so I lead with empathy and use data to sharpen the solution, not dictate it.

Philosophy
When the path isn't clear, I imagine novel solutions and reach out widely — including to teams I don't work with directly — to build a supportive network and pivot quickly as alignments shift. Working across knowledge areas means butting heads. The breakthrough comes when both sides understand each other's logic and find common ground.
Early in a project it's easy to drift toward your own aesthetics and preferences. I make a habit of stepping back, reevaluating, and researching real pain points — approaching the work with sensitivity, trust, and safety in mind, because the things that seem small are often far more complex than they appear.
Consistency compounds. I repurpose and reuse what already works, building on proven patterns instead of reinventing them — so the experience stays coherent and the team moves faster.
Not everything can come first. I find focus by prioritizing ruthlessly — protecting the few things that matter most so they're done well, rather than spreading thin across everything at once.
